Repeat Prescriptions
Remember to get your repeat prescription in early for the Christmas/New Year break, please don’t leave the rush to the last minute! Repeat Prescriptions usually take 48-72 hours.
Patient Experience Surveys
Throughout the year you may be asked to participate in practice surveys. We will always place a notice up on the reception desk advising you of any current surveys that are underway. For some of these surveys you may be contacted by an external provider and we also have an in-house survey each year in the practice.
All of these surveys are confidential
The feedback you provide is invaluable to the practice team who work hard to provide you and your whanau with a quality community healthcare.
Staff Updates
Nurse Practitioner
I am very pleased to confirm that Cyndi Childs, the Nurse Practitioner who we have had with us as a locum recently, will now be joining our team permanently.
Cyndi will still be working Tuesday and Thursday’s, starting on 8 October.
Practice Nurse
We are also very pleased to welcome Janine Ocana-Guste, who has joined our nursing team.
Winter Illnesses
Like many of our patients, our staff have been hit hard this winter season with some of the many viruses that have been going around.
We also have two of our GPs currently off on extended sick leave. We hope you understand that this has an impact on how quickly we can respond to some non-consulting requests.
Your patience and understanding is much appreciated while we arrange extra clinical cover.
Rest assured; we have processes in place to ensure all your calls for appointments are triaged for urgent clinical care.
