Health and Safety
From Monday 2 October we will no longer be asking all Patients and Visitors to the practice to wear masks in our medical centre and waiting room unless they have symptoms of flu/coughs or colds.
If you do have symptoms, you are welcome to come into the waiting room but we ask that you wear a mask for the comfort and wellbeing of others. If you do not want to wear one, you are very welcome to wait in your car and call our reception team to advise them you are here for your appointment and the clinician will come out to get you when they are ready for you, and take you directly to their clinical room.
In-House Practice Patient Experience Survey 9 – 13 October
We will be holding our annual patient survey 9 – 13 October. If you are in the practice having a consult with either of our nurses or doctors during this week, please take the time to complete one of these survey forms – these are completely confidential and the feedback you provide is invaluable to practice quality improvements.
