COVID - Update

Health & Safety - Infection Control

With COVID in the community and FLU season now in full swing, we are continuing with mandatory mask wearing for all patients and staff while in the practice.

Our reception team will continue triaging all patients for any cold and/or flu symptoms when telephoning for a face to face appointment and again upon arrival into the practice. It is essential you do not come into the centre with any COVID and/or respiratory symptoms.

You are able to have a telephone consult with one of our doctors if you are unwell with COVID or any respiratory symptoms, and if necessary, the doctor will be able to see you face to face in our dedicated space.

If you are unwell, please stay home, RAT test and if positive, record the result on My COVID Record (MOH)

If you have worsening symptoms or a health query please call us, we are here to help.

If you have any difficulty breathing at any time, or you need urgent medical attention, call 111 immediately.

You can contact Health line 0800 358 5453 at any time for general information.
