COVID-19 Newsletter

We are in the process of updating our website Covid-19 page, this will be added to as changes occur out in our community and across the country.

Changes are occurring quickly, and we hope this will help with any questions and concerns you may have. Of course, our clinical team are always available to help as well.

It is important that we all continue to get fully vaccinated as our first line of defence against the covid-19 virus.

If you or your whānau have any questions about the vaccine, we can help or go to our website page or Covid-19.govt.nz for further information.

With Covid-19 now out in our community, our front door will remain locked unless you have a booked appointment. We have processes in place to be able to consult with vaccinated and unvaccinated patients to ensure the safety of our staff and other patients in the practice.

Please call one of our reception team to make an appointment, call our repeat prescription line to order a prescription or to obtain your test results. For anything else, please call, do not come into the practice, you will not be able to enter.

If you have respiratory symptoms (cold/flu) vaccinated or not – it is essential that you still get a covid-19 swab – and then stay home until you receive a negative result.

We continue to offer telehealth consults (at any time) for all patients.
