We offer a service whereby prescriptions can be ordered by phone. At times, you may be required to see either the doctor or nurse before your script is released. Please do not be offended if you are asked to make an appointment. Urgent prescriptions can be collected on the same day if ordered before 10am. However, there is an additional charge. Next day prescriptions to be collected after 4pm please.
We will contact you if your results indicate that action or follow up is required, otherwise you can access your results by contacting the Practice two weeks after your tests. Please make sure you let us know how you would like to be contacted for results i.e. email, text, phone call and that we have your current contact details.
Home visits can be arranged for patients who are too unwell to get to the surgery. There is an additional fee.

From 1 December 2018 enrolled patients with a valid Community Services Card (CSC) and a valid Gold Card (with CSC) will be entitled to reduced Fees. Please contact reception for these rates.
Appointment fees are based on a standard 15 minute consultations, and longer appointments may result in a higher fee. If you have more than 2 problems, please book a longer appointment. A list of our standard consultant fees are displayed at reception – We do need at least 1 hour prior for cancellation of your appointment or a fee will be charged.
Sundry Items are charged individually, please ask reception.
Payment is expected on the day by either cash/cheque/eftpos or credit card. If payment is not made, a $5 administration fee will be added. All overdue accounts will incur collection costs in accordance with the Fair Trading act. We do understand that payment may be difficult and encourage those who may have difficulty paying to set up an automatic payment to ease the burden. Forms are available from the receptionists: just bring along your bank account number and branch address and we’ll lodge it on your behalf. Please note we reserve the right to withhold service to those who repeatedly choose not to pay for consults.
